HeyReach Pricing Math for Agencies Running Multiple Senders

HeyReach costs $79 per sender or $799 flat. Here is the break-even point, what each plan includes, and the meetings three senders realistically produce each month.

How much does HeyReach cost?

HeyReach sells the same product two ways. Per sender it starts at $79 a month for one connected LinkedIn account. Flat rate, HeyReach's own pricing page(opens in a new tab) lists unlimited seats from $799 a month, with a top tier at $2,999 a month and custom client branding as a $500 add-on.

Pricing is tied to connected LinkedIn accounts, not to the number of people logging in. A three-person agency team all working out of one dashboard on five client accounts pays for five senders, not three users. Five senders on the per-sender plan is $395 a month. The same five accounts on the $799 flat plan works out at $160 each, so the flat plan does not start paying off until you connect the eleventh account.

What does $79 per sender actually get you?

One connected LinkedIn account, campaign sequencing through it, a shared inbox, and reporting. LaGrowthMachine's breakdown puts the Growth plan at $79 per sender per month(opens in a new tab). Your team still writes the copy, answers every reply, handles objections and books the meetings. HeyReach moves the messages. Nobody at HeyReach writes them.

Work it through on three senders. That is $237 a month. At a safe 20 to 25 invites a day per warm account, three accounts across 22 working days is roughly 1,450 invites a month. At a 20 to 30% accept rate you get 290 to 435 new connections, and at a 12 to 18% first-message reply rate that is 35 to 78 human conversations landing in your inbox.

At our overall meeting rate of 3 to 5% of invites, 1,450 invites is 43 to 72 booked meetings, and that only holds if somebody answers each reply the same day. Accept rate moves with your profile more than your copy, so rewrite the headline(opens in a new tab) before you blame the sequence.

When does the $799 plan beat paying per sender?

At eleven senders. Ten senders at $79 each is $790, which is still under the flat plan. Add the eleventh and you are at $869, so the fixed plan wins from there and keeps winning as you add accounts. HeyReach markets the $799 tier as unlimited seats for a fixed cost.

An agency running 20 client accounts would pay $1,580 a month per sender and $799 flat, a difference of $781 a month or $9,372 a year. At 40 accounts the gap is $2,361 a month.

The tier names get muddy above that line. HeyReach's page shows $799 as the entry point for the fixed plans and $2,999 for the top one. One independent breakdown puts the 50-sender agency plan at $999 and the uncapped plan at $1,999(opens in a new tab). Confirm the cap on your specific plan before you connect account 51.

Why do different sites quote different HeyReach prices?

Because HeyReach has repriced and repackaged its plans, and the old numbers are still sitting on pages written before the change. You will see $59 to $1,999 in one place(opens in a new tab), $79 per sender in another, $799 and $2,999 on HeyReach's own site, and a $0 entry on G2. Only one of those is HeyReach publishing its own numbers.

Treat heyreach.io/pricing as the figure and everything else as a snapshot from whenever that page was written. The per-sender plan in particular is recent, and we wrote about what it changed for smaller teams(opens in a new tab) when it landed.

Two questions to ask on the call. How many senders does this plan cap at, and what happens to the price when I connect one more than that. The $500 branding add-on is the third, because it does not show up in any of the per-sender arithmetic above.

Is HeyReach free?

No. G2's listing shows a $0 starting point(opens in a new tab), which reflects how the listing is built rather than a plan you can run outreach on. Every plan on HeyReach's own pricing page carries a monthly fee, starting at $79 for a single sender. There is no permanent free tier for one account.

If you want free because you have one LinkedIn account and no budget, send 20 invites a day by hand. That is about 40 minutes, so roughly 14 hours across 22 working days, and 440 invites a month. At $50 an hour those 14 hours are $700, which is nine times the $79 plan for the same volume.

It works fine until you add a second account or a second campaign. Two accounts is 80 minutes a day and you will start skipping days, which is where accept rates fall.

What is the real cost per LinkedIn account?

Divide the flat price by how many senders you actually connect. At $799 with 50 senders attached you are paying about $16 per account. At $799 with eight senders you are paying $100 per account, and you would have been better off on the $79 per-sender plan. The flat plans only get cheap when the seats are full.

PlanListed priceLinkedIn sendersEffective cost per sender
Per sender (Growth)$79/mo per sender1 and up$79
Fixed, entryFrom $799/moUp to 50 on the agency tier$16 at 50, $100 at 8
Fixed, top tier$2,999/moUncapped$30 at 100, $60 at 50
Client branding add-on$500n/an/a

The bottom row catches agencies out. White-label branding for client reporting is a separate $500 line, so an agency on $799 with branding switched on is at $1,299 before anyone writes a message.

Nobody with fewer than 60 senders should be on the $2,999 tier. At 50 accounts you are paying $60 each on that plan against $16 on the agency tier, and the only thing you have bought is headroom you are not using.

What does HeyReach not charge for that still costs you?

The reply handling. HeyReach sends, sequences and reports. A human on your team reads every response, decides which are real, answers objections and gets a calendar link in front of the right ones. On 1,450 invites a month that is 35 to 78 conversations, and each one takes a few minutes plus a follow-up.

Call it 20 to 30 hours a month across writing copy, cleaning lists and answering replies. At $50 an hour that is $1,000 to $1,500 on top of the $799 invoice. At a founder's $100 an hour it is $2,000 to $3,000. Only the $799 shows up in your accounting software.

HeyReach publishes accept, reply and conversion benchmarks drawn from 96,051 of its own campaigns(opens in a new tab). None of those numbers cover what happens after the reply arrives, because that part is not the tool's job.

Which tier suits which buyer?

A solo founder with one account and one offer should be on the $79 per-sender plan. A four-rep sales team with six senders is at $474 and still below the flat-plan breakeven. An agency running 20 or more client accounts belongs on the fixed plan, where the per-account cost drops toward $16.

Three situations where the answer flips:

+You have 12 client accounts and want branded client reporting. $799 plus $500 is $1,299, or $108 per account, which is more than the $948 you would pay per sender without branding.
+You run recruiting outreach across five consultant accounts. $395 a month, and the replies are the job. We covered what candidate outreach needs(opens in a new tab) separately.
+You are testing whether LinkedIn works at all. One sender, $79, 30 days at 5 to 10 invites a day while the account ramps, and read how outbound compares to inbound and paid(opens in a new tab) before you scale anything.

Should you buy HeyReach or an AI SDR?

If you already have people whose job is writing copy and answering replies, buy HeyReach. At $79 a sender it is the cheapest way to run many LinkedIn accounts from one dashboard, and Gelee is the wrong purchase for you. Fifty senders for $799 is a price no AI SDR matches.

If the person answering replies at 11pm is you, that changes which number matters. Gelee is a LinkedIn-native AI SDR. It writes in your voice, answers the replies, handles objections from your playbook and books the meeting. The Post Commenters preset DMs everyone who comments on a post you are watching, then replies to them publicly once the DM has gone out.

There is no self-serve signup and setup takes 15 minutes. Pricing is shared on a demo call.
