How much LinkedIn outreach can I actually do?
LinkedIn limits how many invitations you send, how many searches you run and how many InMails you have, but it publishes a hard number for almost none of it. The one figure it does state is 30,000 first degree connections. Everything else is enforced by behaviour rather than a counter you can read, which is why maximising outreach is about the shape of the sending rather than a daily quota.
What does LinkedIn actually publish?
Very little, and it says so. Its invitation help page names no weekly cap at all. It lists what triggers a restriction and how long one lasts, and then states that LinkedIn Support cannot disclose any additional information about the type or reason for an invitation restriction, and will not remove one on request.
Treat any blog claiming a precise weekly invite number as folklore. It may match what that author saw on their account. It is not a published limit and it is not the same for every account.
What is the commercial use limit?
A cap on searching, not on messaging, and it is the one most people hit first. LinkedIn calculates it from viewing profiles of people you are not connected to, searching outside your network, and browsing profiles in the People Also Viewed section.

What actually gets you restricted?
LinkedIn names three things. Sending many invitations in a short amount of time. Having many invitations ignored, left pending, or marked as spam. And sending an excessive number of invitations in a way that suggests an automation tool, which it says may result in suspension or restriction.
The second one is the one to sit with. Pending invitations count against you. An account sending at a modest rate to people who have no reason to accept is in more danger than one sending faster to a list that does.
How long does a restriction last?
LinkedIn says most restrictions are removed automatically within one week. If you withdraw an invitation you cannot resend to the same person for up to three weeks, and it advises waiting up to a month before trying again where invitations are outstanding.
So how do you get the most out of an account?
Given the limits are behavioural, the levers are not "send more". They are: contact people with a reason to accept, so the pending pile stays small. Ramp a new or newly connected account rather than starting at full rate. Spread sending across the working day instead of firing a batch. Withdraw invitations that have gone stale, respecting the three week rule before resending. And use the free routes first, because an Open Profile message costs neither a credit nor an invitation.
The fastest way to get more out of LinkedIn is almost never more volume. It is a better list, because accept rate is the number that both produces meetings and keeps the account healthy.
