Software Engineer
Gelee is a real system, not a wrapper. Signal pipelines, an AI SDR that holds conversations, a dispatcher moving thousands of messages a day, and a dashboard clients live in. You will ship to production in your first week and own whole surfaces, not tickets.
Apply for this roleOne question, about three minutes
What you will own
- Ship features end to end, from the data model to the thing a client clicks
- Build and tune the pipelines that turn raw signals into a named buyer
- Work on the AI SDR: prompts, evals, guardrails, and the loop that improves it
- Keep the system honest at scale, with alarms that catch problems before clients do
- Choose the tradeoff between shipping today and building it properly, and defend it
You will do well here if
- You have shipped production software people depend on
- You are strong in TypeScript, or strong enough elsewhere that it will take a week
- You have opinions about LLMs in production and have been burned at least once
- You would rather own a surface than be handed a spec
- You care what the customer actually got, not just what merged
