What you will own
- Own a book of clients from onboarding through renewal
- Know every account’s pipeline, meetings booked, and what is behind the number
- Spot a campaign going quiet before the client does, and get it fixed
- Run the check-ins, the reporting, and the hard conversations
- Turn happy clients into expansions, case studies, and referrals
- Feed what you hear from clients straight back into the product
You will do well here if
- You have owned revenue or retention for real accounts, not just a queue of tickets
- You are comfortable being the one who says the number is down and here is the plan
- You read data closely and never lose the human behind it
- You are organised enough that nothing quietly slips
- Clients ask for you by name
- You want a book of business, not a script
