Most clients are fully live within 48 hours. The discovery call is step one of that process.

All plans require a 3-month minimum. Most clients see meaningful meetings in the first 30 days, and by month 3 have a clear picture of the pipeline Gelee generates for their specific market.

No. Onboarding, ICP setup, voice training, and campaign configuration are all included in your subscription. Your dedicated account manager handles the technical setup. You provide writing samples and review the first 20 draft messages before going live.

Yes. Seats and signal types can be added at any time. Upgrading from Growth to Scale is common around month 2-3 when teams have validated the approach and want to expand coverage. Downgrading requires 30 days notice.

Yes. The Enterprise plan is specifically designed for agencies managing multiple client campaigns. You get separate ICP configurations, separate voice profiles, and separate reporting for each client, all managed from a single dashboard.
